About Our Renovations and Refurbishments

Our story begins in Bialystok, Poland in 2004 when Lukasz Kisiel, founder of Renovate to Perfection Ltd, decided to move to London.  Having previously worked for his father’s construction company in Poland and having acquired land to construct new builds, Lukasz brought with him this experience and was inspired and motivated to set up his own building company, Renovate to Perfection Ltd, a few years later in 2007.  Now, as a London-based professional building company, we have successfully completed projects for some of London’s top property developers and established property companies, as well as renovations and refurbishments for private homeowners.  We also provide on-going building maintenance for a renowned chain of high street shops.

Recent projects which Renovate to Perfection has undertaken have included:

• the complete renovation of a hotel in Notting Hill
• the conversion of a 5 storey townhouse into 3 flats and 2 maisonettes in Pembridge Square
• the conversion of 6 apartments into a townhouse in Knightsbridge, complete with swimming pool and lift
• the conversion of a 6 storey building with 11 apartments into 7 storeys consisting of 3 maisonettes off Sloane Square
• a 2 storey side extension return, loft conversion and new roof in New Malden.

Renovate to Perfection Ltd works on any size of building project from small refurbishment jobs to major projects requiring considerable structural alterations.  We specialise in design and build, loft conversions, basement conversions and home extensions.  Our company employs expert workers in all building related areas, carpentry, joinery, plastering, painting, plumbing and electrical work.  In addition to this, we have developed excellent contacts with qualified structural engineers, some of London’s leading architects and designers, planning officers and building control departments.   All our work is completed to a high standard and we maintain an excellent rapport with our clients and deliver on time and within their budget.  Our company has successfully established a strong customer base which has resulted consistently through client recommendations.
