The specification for this project was a complete refurbishment of a one bedroom apartment in a portered block of flats close to Marble Arch. The flat was in desperate need of a complete overhaul in terms of renovation and was dramatically transformed as a result. All work was completed to a high standard throughout, ready to be let out on the London property market. The main features of this project were:

  • Stucco polished plaster on the walls in the reception room
  • Bespoke skirting and architraves, specially manufactured in a joinery workshop
  • Bespoke modern kitchen and new bathroom
  • New solid wood floors throughout
