A 3 bedroom family house located in New Malden, this property has been extended to maximise living space resulting in a significant increase in value. The duration of this project was 10 months. The overall square footage of the house increased by 100% giving 2 additional rooms and a bathroom in the loft, extension of the master bedroom and creation of a walk-in wardrobe on the first floor.  A study was also added, along with 2 plant rooms, a toilet, extension of the reception room and kitchen on the ground floor. The works carried out are as follows:
