This property is located in the heart of Notting Hill and was originally a hotel.  The building comprises of 5 storeys and a total area of 8000 sq ft.  It was altered into 3 apartments and 2 maisonettes within 18 months.  A very similar project to Draycott Place finish wise.  As a listed building, all of the features had to be restored to match the originals and we achieved some quite magnificent effects, especially in the ground floor reception rooms. Some of the works carried out are as follows:

  • Constructing new floors in some of the areas
  • Picture frame steel construction
  • New elevator and AC installation
  • Restoration of original features as a requirement for listed buildings
