Our recent project took place in 2 semi-detached properties, next door to each other and with two separate owners, who both wanted a rear extension to their houses. The houses are situated on a pretty and quiet tree-lined avenue in Hampton, and our aim was to provide the houses with a rear extension that allowed them more living space in the form of an open plan kitchen/diner. We provided 2 separate teams for each project, and were able to complete building work that looked consistent from the outside of the property. The features of this project include:

  • Rear extension for 2 semi-detached houses next door to each other
  • Decking in the garden of one of them and the addition of a cloakroom
  • Bespoke modern kitchen leading to a large L-shaped dining and living space for both properties
  • Two story extension along 2 long sides of the house
  • Landscaping; cascade water feature
